Day 1 – April 20, 2024
Cartagena / Arrival Day
Today is arrival day. We have a full day tomorrow! Arrive any time before 6 pm to join us for our group dinner, followed by night out in the bustling city to enjoy the nightlife, but don’t stay out too late.

Day 2 – April 21, 2024
Cartagena – Private Party Boat Experience
We hope you saved your energy! We start at 8 am sharp for a fun-filled day of island hopping. Who doesn’t love a boat party? Your boat includes a captain, an assistant, a sound system, and a cooler. Snorkeling is available, where you will see multi-color sea life and coral reef before stopping at Cholon to continue the party. This fun-packed day will uncover some untraditional spots on the exotic, diverse islands. Cholon is one of the highlights for parties where many boats tie up together, with music blaring and alcohol flowing. In the early afternoon, we return to Cartagena and then head out for a Sabroso Dinner, where you will take some Salsa Lessons, followed by night out into the Plaza with a rooftop, great views, and music!

Day 3 – April 22, 2024
Cartagena – City Exploring
We start late today so you can sleep in as we head out for lunch at a traditional Costeno-style restaurant, followed by a visit to a local market, followed by a visit to the fortress in the city where you learn all about the story of Cartagena and how it became the city it is today. Afterward, we will head to another local hotspot, where you can watch unforgettable Cartagena sunsets with cocktails. Dinner will be at a unique restaurant that will surprise you. Enjoy the rest of the evening at your leisure but remember, we have an early start tomorrow!

Day 4 – April 23, 2024
Cartagena – Free Day
Today is a free day, but for a good reason. Your VIP Host will be with you to explore the city and visit beautiful arts throughout the day. Opt to relax in the hotel pool area or explore. Head to Getsemani to check out graffiti artists’ local artwork and streets lined with colorful umbrellas and flags. Dinner tonight will be at a local outdoor restaurant in Getsemani.

Day 5 – April 24, 2024
Cartagena / Medellin
We take an afternoon flight today from Cartagena to Medellin, so feel free to walk around Cartagena one last time for last-minute shopping and more. We arrive in Medellin late afternoon, where we settle into our private residence and visit Comuna 13 – the neighborhood that was once the most dangerous community in Medellin turned into the most colorful and vibrant community in the city after the government and private sector invested in programs for residents and artists to reclaim the neighborhood. Afterward, we will enjoy a local Paisa dinner and a stroll through El Poblado – the city’s nightlife district.

Day 6 – April 25, 2024
Medellin – Comuna 13
We rise early today as we head out to visit Comuna 13, the area bound by violence from the Pablo Escobar era in the past but now rising like a phoenix from its ashes and becoming a new hot spot of tourism, beauty, and art. Explore Comuna 13 with us as we showcase Comuna 13 from the eyes of locals, with an option to visit a local family home and walk the streets of Operation Orion. Our experience is hosted by a local born and raised in the area. Where they will tell you their local story while also offering local foods, beers, and more so you can truly experience the local culture!

Day 7 – April 26, 2024
Medellin – Guatape
We rise early today as we head out to visit the town of Guatape and El Penol (The Rock), where we will climb 742 steps to the top to get some fantastic views. Enjoy a local lunch in the town of Guatape, followed by a city walk where you get to see more Colombian culture. We return in the evening for our farewell dinner and to truly embrace Colombia’s nightlife, as Medellin is known for a unique nightlife not found anywhere else.

Day 8 – April 27, 2024
Medellin, Colombia / Departure Day
Sadly today, we depart. Depart at any time. Transfers from our hotel to the airport are included for travelers departing on our scheduled transfer departure time. Otherwise, please make your way to the airport, and we hope to see you again!
